Frequently asked questions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.

What should I do before my appointment?

Before waxing, ensure your hair is at least a quarter-inch long, which is approximately 2-4 weeks after shaving (depending on how fast your hair grows). Avoid tanning 24 hours before being waxed. Wear comfortable clothes if it's your first time. This prevents irritation to the recently waxed area. Some clients like to have a pain reliever 30 minutes before their appointment to make the service more comfortable.

What should I do after my appointment?

After waxing, avoid tanning, exercise and friction as well as scented lotions for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation and promote healing.

Can I get a bikini or Brazilian wax if I’m on my period?

Absolutely! Just keep in mind that your pubic area is often more sensitive during this time, so you may experience more discomfort than usual. In order to successfully complete the service, you will need to wear a tampon.

Is it safe to have a Brazilian wax while pregnant?

First, congratulations! Second, yes, you can still wax. However, you may experience more skin sensitivity due to the hormonal changes your body’s going through.
